LIMITED WARRANTY

We warranty all woody plants (seed, sod, perennials and groundcovers excepted) which fail to grow once planted in the ground. The one-time replacement warranty extends for one year from date of INVOICES and covers the plant(s) for the price that was paid. Dead woody plant material may be exchanged; replaced with same, or credited for future use - NO CASH REFUNDS. There will be a labor charge on replacements should we install or deliver any plant material. Neglect, malicious injury, or acts of nature nullifies warranty. No replacements on items discounted or not paid in full. Our FINANCE CHARGE is computed by a "PERIODIC RATE" of 1 1/2% per month which is an ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE of 18% applied to the balance on accounts 30 DAYS PAST INVOICE DATE. NO PARTIAL PAYMENTS UNLESS OTHERWISE AUTHORIZED.

RETURN POLICY

Miller Nursery understands that sometimes it is necessary to return nursery stock. We try our hardest to help you get exactly what you need therefore we encourage our customers to avoid making returns of nursery stock. Due to the perishable nature of nursery stock we will only take returns on a plant-by-plant basis. Returned nursery stock must be in the same condition that it left the nursery in order to be accepted. Nursery stock accepted for return will be credited to your account or exchanged. NO CASH REFUNDS. Nursery stock sold at a discount will not be accepted for returns.

CREDIT CARD POLICY

Miller Nursery accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover for payments up to $1500 total. Any amount above this $1500 limit must be paid with cash or a check. Due to security reasons Miller Nursery no longer accepts Credit Card Payments by phone, fax, e-mail or by mail. If you wish to pay with a credit card you must do so in person at our location.
