What
is re-wholesale? It is a service providing plant material
at a discounted price without a nursery guarantee.
Who
is eligible for re-wholesale? The service is available to
independent landscape contractors, other nurseries, and construction
companies who sell the purchased plant material to their customers
and have a valid Nursery Dealers License (click
here for a link to the Nursery Dealers License application).
Miller Nursery serves customers in
the Des Moines, Iowa and surrounding area only. We do not ship
products by mail and have a limted delivery area. If
you live outside of this area you will need to arrange, loading
and shipping or pickup yourself.

Are
tax free purchases available? Yes. Customers with a tax-ID
who have filled out the proper paperwork can purchase material
tax free. A tax-ID worksheet must be filled with us.
What
forms of payment are acceptable? Cash, Check, Mastercard,
Visa, Discover, & Net 30 financing. We do not accept credit
card payments over the phone, only in person for security reasons.
Is financing available? Yes. Net 30 financing is available.
A service charge of 1.5% (18% annual) will be assessed on all
accounts unpaid after 30 days. This finance charge will not be
waived. All re-wholesale customers will be required to pay the
finance charge if payment is not received within 30 days of purchase.
Accounts that are past due 60+ days can be closed by us at anytime.

What
is the plant hold policy? We have a 1 week hold policy. Plants
not picked up after this time will be placed in the nursery for
sale.

Availability
What
is availability? This is a listing of plants carried at Miller
Nursery. It also lists retail prices and re-wholesale prices.
Is
the availability online? Yes.
Who
can use online availability? It is for registered re-wholesale
customers only. There is a login name and password needed to access
the availability page. This is enclosed in the spring mailing
available when an account it opened or you can call us at 515-276-7505
to register.
How can a registered customer access the availability?
The availability file is a PDF file that requires Adobe Acrobat
for viewing.

Prices
and availability are subject to change at anytime and this list
in no way guarantees the price or availability of any plant. This
is intended as an estimation of what we have in stock at the time
the list was posted.
